Vitsebsk residents demand to unblock the independent information resource.
Activists of the organizing committee for the creation of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party held a picket in support of Charter 97 in Vitsebsk.

"There is a certain effect from our pickets. Today, small posters in our hands "I Read Charter-97", "I Watch Belsat", "It Is Not To Be Like This" attract the attention of passers-by. The passing by people pay their attention, read, and some of them even exclaim: "Long Live Belarus!".
