It is the dictator who is seeking a meeting with the DPRK head.
Deputy Director of the Propaganda and Agitation Division of the Central Committee of the North Korean Labour Party Kim Yo-jong, sister of dictator Kim Jong-un, has made a statement about Lukashenka's lies, Nknews writes.
She was outraged by Lukashenka's statement of January 17, in which the DPRK was mentioned among the states that had sent Belarus ‘their proposals on organising high-level meetings to discuss cooperation’.
Kim Yo-jong insists that Pyongyang has not made any such proposals, while the official Minsk has been trying to organise a meeting between her brother and Lukashenka for at least two years.
The main DPRK propagandist has set a task for Minsk, which will be quite difficult for the local authorities to meet: if they want to develop co-operation with the DPRK, they should behave ‘truthfully and frankly’.
‘This is what a dish of “Pyongyang-style revenge” looks like - a response to Lukashenka's reasoning about the absence of North Korean troops in Kursk Region three months ago,’ Belarusian political analyst Aliaksandr Frydman writes.
