Military Police Officer Beats Russian Contractors With Taser In Tuva

In Tuva, military police officers beat wounded contract soldiers who they wanted to send back to the front in Ukraine. They used rubber truncheons and stun guns on the soldiers. This became known after a video filmed on January 16 in military unit No. 55115 in Kyzyl appeared online, The Moscow Times writes.

Z-channels report that military policeman with the call sign Besheny [Mad - Ed.] beaten the assaulters allegedly on the orders of the commander of the 41st Army, Major General Alexei Avdeyev. It is alleged that the victims resisted returning to the front lines, since they had not recovered from their injuries. Another officer of this service is present in the video. He watches what is happening and asks the beaten people if they understood everything, and also constantly demands that they get up from the floor.
