They were forced to go to war in Ukraine.
In Tuva, military police officers beat wounded contract soldiers who they wanted to send back to the front in Ukraine. They used rubber truncheons and stun guns on the soldiers. This became known after a video filmed on January 16 in military unit No. 55115 in Kyzyl appeared online, The Moscow Times writes.
The description says that the beaten men are two servicemen from the 55th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 41st Army of the Russian Armed Forces who have not fully recovered from their injuries.
The video shows a man in camouflage with a military police chevron striking one man four times with a truncheon, after which he falls to his knees. Then the officer hits him twice with a stun gun and uses a baton several times again, and then approaches the second soldier, who can barely stand, leaning on a cane, and hits him in the kidneys with a baton. He also falls to his knees. The process is accompanied by obscene language. Then the military policeman demands that his victims take off their pants, threatening to rape them, and hits the soldier with the cane in the buttocks with a stun gun. Then the first victim gets a knee to the face and several more blows with a baton.
Z-channels report that military policeman with the call sign Besheny [Mad - Ed.] beaten the assaulters allegedly on the orders of the commander of the 41st Army, Major General Alexei Avdeyev. It is alleged that the victims resisted returning to the front lines, since they had not recovered from their injuries. Another officer of this service is present in the video. He watches what is happening and asks the beaten people if they understood everything, and also constantly demands that they get up from the floor. The frame also includes a fragment of a jacket with a "Koshelev" patch on the chest, which probably belongs to one of the police officers.
