How to bankrupt Putin.
According to the results for 2024, Ukrainian drone strikes have reduced Russian oil exports by almost 20%. An important aspect is that systemic strikes on these enterprises lead not only to a pause in their work, but also to the loss of their operability.
As of the beginning of 2022, before the start of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia's oil and gas sales accounted for almost 40% of its budget. Today, Gazprom is bankrupt, and Rosneft branches are mostly bankrupt. But drones are only flying at oil refineries, not at gas distribution stations.
The Kremlin must clearly understand that they are spending billions of dollars on the war with Ukraine in order to seize one square kilometer after another, but at present it is costing them several times more than it did in 2022. Not in terms of human lives, no, the Kremlin has never taken human lives into account. Even if Russia loses 500 people per 1 square kilometer of captured territories, it will not stop until its oil and gas pump stops... Ukraine stops this pump, methodically and systematically.
I repeat, and these are still only strikes on oil refineries, which Russian air defense cannot stop, but which are only becoming more frequent.
War criminal Putin is bringing Russia to a state where it is gradually turning from a pure exporter of oil and gas into an importer. And here the question arises — was it worth it? The capture of Bakhmut, Mariupol, Tokmak, Avdiivka and other Ukrainian cities — was worth the fact that one fine day for us Russia will lose its oil and gas pump, once and for all. And without Western technology, production and processing will never be able to revive, and as long as there are occupied territories under the control of the Kremlin, the sanctions will not be lifted.
Poverty and abyss, for what? Well... 2025 is just around the corner. The year of Russia's transformation, the country that ranks first in the world in gas reserves and sixth in oil reserves, into an oil and gas pauper. This is what we can talk about.
